With a skilled team of over 170 production and management professionals, we handle every manufacturing step in-house – no subcontracting required. Our facility can produce up to 80 tanks per month, tailored to a wide range of sizes and specifications, ensuring quality and flexibility for every client.
All construction takes place within cleanroom environments to tightly control iron ion contamination. Our facility features ventilation systems that maintain a slight positive pressure, effectively keeping out dust. Additionally, we use dedicated stainless steel processing equipment to ensure the highest product quality and safety.

Our facility features a 1,000 m² cleanroom laboratory equipped with a complete set of instruments and specialized equipment covering the entire biopharmaceutical upstream and downstream processes. It can support trials or production using reactors up to 2,000 liters. Our expert biopharmaceutical technology team offers services including cell line development, optimization of culture techniques for suspension and adherent cells, bioreactor validation, and training and guidance for large-scale cultivation.
We implement comprehensive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) protocols covering critical elements such as pure steam, deionized water, clean air, and power supply. All construction quality records are updated in real time alongside the construction process to ensure accurate documentation. Quality certificates and FAT reports are completed by QC engineers, providing truthful records of inspections and quality status.
